In addition to the Partnership staff dedicated to Vision 2020, numerous volunteers have also been working diligently to see the strategies of Vision 2020 come to fruition. The regional dialogue is fluid and ongoing, but it is primarily funneled through the three core volunteer groups outlined below.

Regional Opportunities Council (ROC)

Who: A regional leadership body made up of leadership-level investors in the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership.

What: Exercises collaborative leadership to prioritize initiatives submitted by the action teams and stakeholders to transform the region’s economy.

Citizens Advisory Panel (CAP)

Who: A community group made up of citizens from across the 10-county region representing various counties, industries, interests, ages, races and backgrounds.

What: Serves as a sounding board and focus group for ideas prioritized by the Regional Opportunities Council, and members act as ambassadors of Vision 2020 to the region. You can get involved too! Email us at vision@northeastindiana.org.

Strategic Partners

Who: Organizations, community groups, and regional stakeholders who play an active role in the development and implementation of priorities within the five pillars of Vision 2020.

What: Develop ideas to present to the ROC, create a plan of action for the top priorities, and manage implementation.
